Our History

Paragon Builders was founded in 1999 and is 100% minority owned. The company began operations as a residential builder but quickly expanded into commercial construction and is now a licensed General and Mechanical Contractor in the state of South Carolina.

We believe that our success can be attributed to the team approach that we've implemented. The construction process is a combined effort involving multiple team members, including owner/client, architect, engineer, and construction manager. While each team member has his/her own primary area of responsibility, Paragon has developed the experience and leadership required to create effective communication, cooperation, and coordination among every partner for a successful completion of the project.
