Paragon Builders was founded in 1999 and is 100% minority owned. The company began operations as a residential builder, but quickly expanded into commercial construction and is now licensed as General and Mechanical Contractors in the state of South Carolina.
We believe that our success can be attributed to the team approach that we have implemented. The construction process is a combined effort involving multiple team members, including owner/client, art, architect, engineer, and construction manager. Paragon has developed the experience and leadership required to create effective communication, cooperation, and coordination among every partner for a successful completion of all projects.
